Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Nukbi’s website and services. By using Nukbi, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Nukbi provides city-based guides, listings, filters, and user-generated reviews for informational purposes. Content may contain errors or become outdated. Hours, prices, and availability at places we list are determined by third parties-not by Nukbi.

User responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting reviews.
  • You must not misuse the service (e.g. scraping in violation of our rules, attempting to compromise security, or interfering with other users).
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in method and for activity under your account.

Review content rules

Reviews must reflect genuine experience and must not:

  • Contain illegal, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory content;
  • Include confidential information, spam, or undisclosed commercial advertising;
  • Infringe others’ intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

We may remove or moderate content that violates these rules or our policies, and may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse.

Intellectual property

Nukbi and its branding, layout, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights in content you submit; you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your reviews on the service and in related marketing or archival uses reasonably connected to operating Nukbi.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NUKBI AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR THIRD-PARTY PLACES LISTED ON IT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY) OR (B) ONE HUNDRED CURRENCY UNITS (OR LOCAL EQUIVALENT). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Changes

We may modify these Terms. We will indicate updates by changing the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where allowed by law.
